WiFi is not free!!!! Ninety-nine dollar fee for wifi, utilities, housekeeping, etc..As well as 500 dollar security deposit.Is this because of upgrades and air conditioning which was done recently??This is our home resort, but we have not stayed here for a few years....what a huge surprise! !
Arrived to find the office closed. Had to ask a local man for help, because I had no phone service, then had similar problem checking out. You should make sure people work the desk the hours that are posted. Our room was ok, but laundry was an issue. When I was able to find people working, they did a great job. Many of our issues with Staying here should not have been issues in the first place. Has the potential of being great.
Nice hotel. If you check you in after 11pm you will have to call and get the key from a safe vallet. Inside the rooms they have coffee machines and cups but no coffee powder or condiments so make sure you bring your own stuff.
